Limited Warranty Policy:
Parts are subject only to the relevant manufacturer’s warranty. Our labor workmanship is warrantied for 90 days. TDI will not pay outside labor.
This warranty does not cover any labor costs incurred in diagnosis of defects, removal or reinstallation of failed products. Does not cover any contingent expenses.
The warranty is limited to original purchaser and is not transferable. A dated purchase receipt is required for all warranty consideration.
Specifically excluded from this warranty are failures caused by misuse, negligence, modification, abuse, improper application, installation or operation, or by accident. Also excluded from this warranty are failures resulting from:
- Fuel contamination and or water in the fuel
- Lack of oil lubrication
- Seal wires or seal lacquer disturbed or tampered with
- Contaminated oil
- Foreign material damaging fins of turbo.
Triangle Diesel Injection rebuilt products < Diesel Injection Pumps & Injectors > are subject to a 1 year warranty to be free from defects in material and workmanship.
Service performed by Triangle Diesel Injection is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for ninety (90) days from the date of first repair. This warranty is conditioned on the vehicle being subjected only to normal use and maintenance and will not apply if the vehicle has been damaged by abnormal use, misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, or tampering. You must pay for any non-warranty service performed at the same time as the warranty service.
Disclaimer of unstated warranties. The warranty printed above is the only warranty applicable to this purchase. All other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. Any warranty implied by law is limited to the period that this express warranty is effective. No attempt to alter, modify or amend this warranty shall be effective unless authorized by an officer of TDI.
Liability Release for Non EPA/CARB Approved Products
Buyer releases Triangle Diesel Injection Inc. from any liabilities that may occur from the use of products sold which are not approved by the EPA or CARB. The buyer acknowledges and agrees that Seller disclaims any liability for personal injury or damages occurred. Buyer further acknowledges that the product you are purchasing may void your vehicle’s
factory warranty and could result in fines and possible penalties. The installation of this product indicates that the buyer has read and understands this agreement and accepts its terms and conditions.

Credit Policy
All open credit accounts are due and payable 30 days from invoice date. A late charge of 18% per annum maybe charged on all past due accounts. Should it be necessary for purchaser’s account to be turned over to an attorney or collection agency for collection, purchaser agrees to pay costs incurred by seller for such action.
Core Policy
Cores must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for full credit. Damaged cores and cores received more than 30 days from invoice date may receive partial or no credit.
Return Policy
All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice. There may be a 10% restocking fee on any parts returned.
